MacroPlan Industrial Rezoning Justification

Parramatta City Council has unanimously supported a recommendation to zone industrial land for residential use in the suburb of Granville, Sydney.  The proposal also includes an up-lift in building height and floor space ratio development standards.

MDM Pty Ltd approached MacroPlan to assist in presenting an economic case to rezone land at 2 Factory St, Granville to enable future development of 179 apartments.
