Macroplan’s projects team deliver stage one of Dunmore Recycling Facility upgrade

MacroPlan project management team have been working closely with Shellharbour City Council (www.shellharbourwaste.com.au), managing the Dunmore Recycling Facility (www.shellharbourwaste.com.au/Dunmore-Depot) upgrade project.

Tuesday, 21st February saw Shellharbour City Council Mayor, Marianne Saliba and Resource Recovery Australia CEO, John Weate officially open the Revolve Shop, where MacroPlan have managed the construction of an awning over the facility to provide an all-weather area for customers and operators, in addition to new pavement areas for customer drop off and shopping.

The Revolve Centre is operated by not-for-profit organisation Resource Recovery Australia (www.resourcerecovery.org.au) who attended the opening and were pleased and excited to be operating once again in their new facility.

The Revolve Centre is the first stage of the Dunmore Recycling Facility upgrade to be returned to the public, with the remaining Transfer Station and Food Organics Green Organics (FOGO) (www.shellharbourwaste.com.au/FOGO) scheduled for opening during May and June of this year.
