Project Description: MacroPlan was engaged by ING Real Estate to conduct Market Research. MacroPlan had an intimate knowledge of the project, having been engaged in a number of capacities including economic advice, planning, strategic vision, council negotiations and desktop analysis / research on land use opportunities. MacroPlan drew on its extensive knowledge of the project to test and educate potential end users for the seniors living development. The intent of the focus groups was to test potential ‘end user / purchaser’ response to a vertical seniors living product at the Panthers Penrith site. The focus groups tested key parameters such as design, price, product, services and broader concepts related to the Panthers redevelopment.
