Victoria’s Health Minister David Davis announced last week that $9.7 million will be provided for the long-awaited replacement of the Western Region Health Centre’s public dental services clinic. A new 12-chair clinic will be built on the site of the existing six-chair facility at 78 Paisley Street, Footscray and will also replace a five-chair clinic in Geelong Road.
“This announcement provides a pathway for Western Region Health Centre to deliver new and improved allied health services at its Footscray premises”, says Glenn Lamont, lead commercial advisor to Western Region Health Centre.
Western Region Health Centre offers a diverse range of allied community health services from a number of premises in Melbourne’s west. MacroPlan has been working closely with Western Region Heath Centre to provide commercial advice and transactions services supporting redevelopment of its assets.
