Current investment projects include:
- The new Health and Biomedical precinct in the CBD’s North West Corner which will unlock $3-4b of new investment from the New Royal Adelaide Hospital, the Health & Medical Research Institute and from the city’s universities and will generate many more development opportunities across the CBD’s north.
- The Convention Centre expansion, linking with an expanded Casino across the footbridge to the newly rejuvenated and best located football and cricket oval in the country, will create an unsurpassed tourism and event precinct for the city.
The state’s opportunities are not going totally unnoticed – with several major national property companies, including Walker Corp, Peet, Charter Hall and others, now expanding their interests in our southern state.
